Employees at Knoxville’s Hormel plant will vote on a new union contract Friday.

Members of the UFCW 431 Union have been working under an extension which expires on April 5th. The union members recently unanimously voted down the company’s previous contract offer and will now move on another motion on Friday. The union employees at Hormel will vote to either accept the new offer or there will be a move to strike. KNIA/KRLS radio will provide updates regarding the voting outcome.
