Three PCM sports teams will compete today. 

The Mustang soccer team will have their second competition of the season when they travel to Pella Christian to take on the Eagles in their first competition of the season. PCM is coming off a 3-0 win Tuesday night over Sigourney and saw scoring from Justin Johnson, Dominic Witt, and Dylan Beyer. Tonight’s soccer match in Pella starts at 5:30 pm.

After the start of their season was delayed Tuesday due to weather, the PCM boys track and field team will have their first outdoor meet of the season when they travel to Roland-Story to compete alongside four other teams. The Mustang boys competed at two meets during the indoor season and saw a first place finish from the shuttle hurdle relay team at the IATC Indoor Championships in Ames. Tonight’s meet in Story City is scheduled to start at 4:30 pm.

The PCM girls golf team will kick off their season at Diamond Trail Golf Club in Lynnville. The Mustangs will compete alongside Lynnville-Sully, Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, and Pella. Today’s golf meet will start at 4:15 pm.
