The Indianola City Council meets in regular session Monday after the Maximum Property Tax Hearing. The council will discuss the city ordinance regarding residential animal raising within city limits. The council will also consider a Planned Unit Development for The Village, which consists of an addition and expansion of independent-living facilities, a transitional care unit extension, and independent living duplexes.

The council will also consider a rezoning request for an addition to the Fairacres Property, a major site plan application for the Schoolyard Development east of Indianola High School which consists of r 52 residential units to be developed at the site, built over four bi-attached horizontal residential buildings, and hold a discussion regarding North 9th Street.

The meeting begins after the Maximum Property Tax Hearing takes place, at approximately 7:15pm.
