The Knoxville City Council is meeting in a special session tonight. 

On the agenda is a public hearing and possible action regarding voluntarily annexing certain real estate into the City of Knoxville. There will also be possible action for approval of a tax incentive application relating to a new Kading development in Knoxville. Tonight’s Knoxville City Council special meeting starts at 5:30 pm.
