Throughout the remainder of May, Indianola Municipal Utilities will be flushing fire hydrants across the city. IMU asks that drivers use caution and drive safely around the open hydrants, and for any homeowners who experience discolored water at their home during the flushing process, should run the bathtub for several minutes and the water should clear up.
