Marion County Public Health will hold their monthly providers meeting today.

This is a meeting held the first Monday of every month that gives different community health organizations an opportunity to share updates, and provide information. There is also a presentation given at each provider’s meeting. Any provider or health organization in Marion County is welcome to attend this meeting to provide updates. The speaker for today’s meeting is Tasha Tucker with Immanuel Pathways Central Iowa. Del Bennett with Marion County Public Health encourages organizations to attend the monthly meetings.

“If there is an organization that would like to come to the providers meeting they can either call out here to public health and ask to speak to me and I can get them on the list, or they can just come out the first Monday of the month at 9:30, sit in and listen, and see if it is for them.”
