Norwalk is the host site for girls regional tennis on Monday while the Warrior girls golf and girls and boys track teams are also scheduled to compete.

The Norwalk girls tennis team will host a Class 2A Regional Singles and Doubles Tournament starting at 9:00 a.m. The regional field includes Ankeny, Des Moines Roosevelt, Dowling Catholic, Urbandale and Waukee. The regional champion and runner-up in both the singles and doubles bracket will qualify for the 2A State Tournament on May 24-25 in Johnston.

The Norwalk girls golfers will be in Indianola for the third Little Hawkeye Conference regular season tournament of the season. Competition begins at 10:00 a.m. at the Indianola Country Club. The Warriors have placed second in this year’s two previous LHC meets.

In track and field, the Norwalk girls and boys squads will close out the regular season in the eight-team Pella Coed Invitational at 4:30. The meet is being held at the Lacey Sports Complex in Oskaloosa.
