Thousands of visitors converged on Pella for three days of celebration during the 89th Tulip Time. Large crowds enjoyed a wide range of activities in Pella, especially Friday and Saturday, following a rainout of the first of six scheduled parades on Thursday.

Pella Historical Museums will work to calculate the impact of the festival in the coming weeks, and will release details some time this summer.

The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio was once again located in downtown Pella, with several updates and interviews that aired throughout the three day celebration.
