The Knoxville Public Library is holding an open house reception for local artist Larry Scott on Thursday.
The event will start at 6:00 pm and there will be a question and answer session with Scott starting at 6:15 pm. This is an opportunity to meet the artist, view new pieces and enjoy light refreshments. Scott’s artwork has been on display at the library for the last two months. The display features a variety of pottery, paintings, and photography, which are the areas that Scott specializes in and is available for anyone to come view during normal library hours. Scott was a long time art teacher for the Knoxville Community School District.
This event is free and open to the public.
