Pella Regional Health Center has named Nikki Cowman to the role of Growth & Outreach Liaison. The position is responsible for establishing and managing ongoing relationships between various hospital departments, referring providers, and the communities served. Cowman has worked at Pella Regional as a physical therapist assistant for two and a half years. Cowman received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training from Coe College in 2010. She then earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Kirkwood Community College in 2014. Cowman will graduate from The University of Northwestern St. Paul in December 2024 with her Master’s in Business Administration, with a Healthcare Management concentration.
