Ryan Sweeney has been hired by the Indianola Community School District to serve as the next Activities Director, beginning July 1st. Sweeney will take over for current Activities Director Lee Nelson, who is taking a job at Ankeny Centennial. Sweeney is currently the Activities Director at Bondurant-Farrar High School, and is excited to hit the ground running.

“Getting in front of our stakeholders, specifically our head coaches and directors, and learning where there are gaps, what we are doing well, what we can improve and become more productive and efficient. Not only in sports and activities, but also in our department. What can we do to make things more streamlined, and processes in place to make us more efficient and productive. That will be number one.”
