After having the match pushed back due to Tuesday’s severe weather outbreak, the Pella Christian girls soccer team will travel to Nevada tonight for the Class 1A Region 5 semifinals. The Eagles, who defeated Grand View Christian in the quarterfinals, will look to take down the seventh ranked Cubs for the first time in three meetings during the Bound era. Pella Christian and Nevada last squared off on the pitch in the regional finals in 2022, with the Cubs winning that matchup 4-0. The Eagles regional semifinal contest at Nevada High School tonight is set to kick-off at 7 pm.
