Several offices throughout Marion and Warren County will be closed Monday in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Knoxville City Hall and all other city offices will be closed Monday, along with the Knoxville Post Office, Knoxville Public Library and financial institutions. The Marion County Courthouse offices will also be closed. In Pella, City Hall, Community Services, Electric Distribution, Planning and Zoning, Public Library, Public Works, and Telecommunications departments will be closed in observance of the holiday. Pella’s trash routes scheduled Monday will instead run Tuesday. Indianola, Norwalk, and Warren County Offices will be closed to the public for the holiday, as will non-emergency departments including Indianola City Hall and the Administration Office of the Indianola Police Department. Emergency services will still be available 24/7 and anyone needing assistance is asked to call 911. Many retailers will also close for the holiday.
