A Knoxville man was arrested Friday for felony sexual abuse of a child.

According to court records, 46-year-old Joel Gullion of Knoxville allegedly sexually abused a child in February of 2021. The incident was investigated and the defendant was brought in for questioning, where he admitted to the accusations against him. Gullion was arrested for Second Degree Sexual Abuse, a Class B Felony, and was booked into the Marion County Jail.
