The Pella School Board will meet for the final time during the 2023-24 school year Tuesday. The board will first receive a construction update of ongoing projects. They will then consider a furniture quote for the Jefferson-Middle School Connector, appointment of UMB Bank as the paying agent for $11.8 million in bonds, an amendment to the bond resolution, and certificates for tax exemptions and disclosure related to the sale. Additionally, the board will review final approval of fees for the 2024-25 school year, a 28E agreement for the Central Buying Consortium, and vendor contracts related to food and chemical purchases in the coming academic year. The Pella School Board meeting begins at 5:30 Tuesday in the Pella High School library.
