It is a busy week for the Twin Cedars Summer Sports Squads this week with a game every day starting with two difficult non-conference games. Softball will host class 2A #1 Van Meter. The Sabers actually lead the Bound Era series 3-2 with the Bulldogs taking last season’s match up 5-2. The Baseball Squad will also host a tradition rich program in Martensdale-St. Mary’s. The Sabers and Blue Devils come in with similar records this season with Twin Cedars at 11-5 and Martensdale-St. Mary’s at 12-5. The Blue Devils have won the last three meetings, but have not met since 2018. Softball is set to begin at 5:30 and baseball at 7:30.
