Ten athletes from the Simpson College track and field and cross country programs were announced as Academic All-District honorees by the College Sports Communicators.

Five men and five women earned the distinction for the Storm. Max Cleveland, Clarke Latcham, Spencer Moon, James Murray, and Ean Warrick earned the award for the men. The women were represented by Audrey Arnold, Maddax DeVault, Maddie Hays, Aaliyah Johnson, and Lara Kallem.

To qualify, all nominees must be at least a sophomore in academic standing, be ranked Top 50 in their region in a single event, and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Each athlete advances to the Academic All-America ballot, with the women’s selections being announced on July 9 and the men on July 10.
