Norwalk enters the final stretch of the summer sports regular season tonight, hosting non-conference opponents.

The Warrior baseball team will take on Class 1A third-ranked Newman Catholic at 7:00 p.m. in a game that can be heard live on 94.3 KNIA. Pregame coverage begins at approximately 6:50. Norwalk is 13-15 overall after winning two out of three games last week. The visiting Knights are 26-5.

The Class 4A third-ranked Warrior softball team will host a varsity doubleheader against 5A No. 12 Urbandale at 5:00 p.m. Norwalk is 26-5 on the season. The J-Hawks are 20-16 following Monday’s doubleheader sweep against Ames.
