Following a four-day break for the holiday weekend, the Norwalk summer sports teams return to action tonight for non-conference road games.

The Norwalk softball team travels to Council Bluffs to face Lewis Central in a 7:00 p.m. regular season finale at Iowa Western Community College. The Class 4A third-ranked Warriors are 26-7 overall and looking to enter postseason play on a high note after dropping three of their last four games. The Titans’ overall record stands at 10-19.

The Norwalk baseball team will make a much shorter trip to face Class 4A eighth-ranked Waukee Northwest at 7:00 p.m. The Warriors are 13-16 overall and the Wolves are 22-14. Norwalk will finish regular-season play on Tuesday night, hosting ADM.
