After being temporarily closed due to rising water levels on July 3rd, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, has reopened North Overlook and Whitebreast beaches. The reopening of North Overlook Beach comes ahead of the 13th annual Lake Red Rock Balloonfest this Friday through Sunday.
