The Indianola City Council meets in regular session this evening. The council will consider appointments to the Indianola Public Arts Commission, an ordinance for establishing a reduced school speed zone on East 2nd Avenue, approval of a Homebase Iowa Application, plat of survey request for Lot 3 of the Indianola Industrial Park Plat 3, and hold a public hearing on a request to amend city code regarding construction sales and services, contractor offices, offices for plumbers, electricians, HVAC services, or similar uses. The council will also go into closed session to discuss personnel. The meeting begins at 6pm in the city council chambers at Indianola City Hall.
