The 13th Annual Lake Red Rock Balloonfest continues today, with several activities scheduled at North Overlook Beach. Among the festivities taking place today will be kids activities and food and t-shirt vendors, live music by Lucas Beebe, the evening balloon launch and balloon night glow and boat parade.
