The Friends of Webb Shadle Public Library are thrilled to offer tethered hot-air balloon rides as part of their Summer Reading Program fundraiser on July 20th from 7:00-9:00pm. Cost is $50 per person and you can enjoy a unique and unforgettable experience, all while supporting the library.
