The Pella City Council will hold a pair of public hearings for developments at their meeting this evening. The agenda includes ordinances and resolutions for a proposed EPCON Residential Urban Renewal Plan and for the Prairie Ridge West Planned Unit Development. Other actions include approval of a contract for West 9th Street Improvements, setting a public hearing date for a proposed development agreement with Courtyards Land Holding, LLC, and an access easement agreement with Kwik Trip.
