The Warren County Fair begins next Wednesday, July 24th, bringing with it hundreds of opportunities for entertainment, food, competitions, and more. Fair Director Jo Reynolds tells KNIA News the second day of the fair is the traditional Parks and Rec Day at the Fair, where Indianola Parks and Rec has activities and competitions for kids throughout the day, and this year will be bigger than ever. Reynolds said Indianola Parks and Rec is partnering with the Carlisle and Norwalk Parks and Rec departments, and will have a Rooster Crowing Contest, a Bubble Blowing Contest, and a Tree Pose Challenge among many others.
