Summer is nearly coming to an end, at least with an annual tradition in Pella’s Central Park. The final PACE Allinace Thursdays in Pella celebration is scheduled this week, and has an Olympic theme. Go Gold includes a pet costume contest, Double Dutch gymnastics, and Triumph Martial Arts on the Tulip Toren. Activities in Central Park include mini-golf, pickleball, disc golf, bag toss, yard games, and other inflatables. A dog agility course will also be on site, with leashes required. The final City Band performance of 2024 concludes festivities at 8 p.m. The KNIA/KRLS Lil’ Big Red Radio has been broadcasting from every Thursdays in Pella this summer.
