The Knoxville City Council met in regular session on Monday night.

At the meeting, the council approved the establishment of an urban renewal area, a preliminary plat, and the site plan for a new Kading housing development in Knoxville after a lengthy discussion regarding sidewalks within the development. The council then approved a loan agreement for corporate purpose bonds, received a financial update, approved two change orders for city projects, and approved the purchase of a new truck for the city streets and cemetery departments. The meeting concluded with the council approving the purchase of new body cameras for the police department and entering into closed session.
