Pleasantville’s Caleb Cook has received second-team all-academic team honors by the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association.

Cook is part of the 38th all-academic teams that have been selected by the IHSBCA. A panel of coaches select these seniors who demonstrate outstanding academic, moral, and athletic characteristics. Cook helped lead his baseball team to the state tournament this season along with being a force on the football field, a state wrestling qualifier, a Shrine Bowl participant, and an active member in his local 4-H club. Cook will attend DMACC this fall to major in Ag Business.
