A vehicle accident on Highway 65/69 north of Indianola led to multiple injuries Wednesday. According to the Iowa State Patrol Crash Report, a 2011 Kia Sportage was traveling northbound behind a 2019 Ford Edge, when a vehicle in front of both cars was making a left turn. As the Ford Edge slowed down, the Sportage did not stop in time and struck the Edge from behind, with the Edge coming to rest on the left shoulder and the Sportage in the left lane.
