Wackos in Knoxville is expecting to re-open this month after being closed down for months.

At Tuesday’s Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting, the board approved a Class C retail with outdoor service permit for Wackos, which is now expected to operate under the name of Wackos Vineyard and Grill, LLC. The board stated that they will open under new ownership. The bar and grill abruptly closed several months ago, but a recent social media post revealed they plan to have a grand opening on August 22nd.
