Helping Hands in Knoxville will host its annual School Supplies Sharing event on Saturday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  

Families of children attending local public schools can pick up needed supplies at no charge at 110 W. Main St. in Knoxville. People wishing to donate school supplies can stop by today from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and ask for Cathy Miller. Donations that are needed are pencils, crayons, markers, paper, notebooks, backpacks, gym shoes, clothing, other new supplies, and cash donations will be accepted as well.
