Simpson College was selected to finish fourth, while Central is picked to finish in sixth in the American Rivers Conference Preseason Coaches Poll as announced Thursday.

The Storm return six starters for this upcoming season including Emily Williams and Peyton Mitchell, both whom earned all-conference honors during the 2023 season where they finished in fourth place and earned a spot in the American Rivers Conference Tournament semifinals. Simpson begins their season August 30th vs Saint Mary’s.

The Dutch are highlighted by the return of Colleen Kenney, the 2023 A-R-C Defensive Player of the Year. Avery Rexroat joined Kenney on the all-conference team last season while the Dutch lost all-conference honoree Elyse Johnson. Central begins their season August 30th hosting the Central-Grinnell Invitational Tournament.
