The Melcher-Dallas Football Squad fell to Murray in its season opener on Friday night 74-26. The Saints trailed 16-6 after the 1st quarter, but a 24 point 2nd period by the Mustangs put the Saints in a hole they could not dig out of. Melcher-Dallas is 0-1 on the season and will host Mormon Trail next Friday.
