Caprice Losada, Clinic, has been selected the KHC Hero of the Quarter at Knoxville Hospital & Clinics.

According to a release from the hospital, Caprice wears many hats throughout the day besides just her scheduling hat. She can often be found in an exam room not only scheduling a patient’s next appointment, but also paying close attention to the patient’s particular needs at the moment—whether that be helping ease the anxiety of lab tests or helping transport a patient to where they need to go next. The hospital states that Caprice’s dedication to teamwork and going the extra mile to always making sure the patient’s needs are met is why she has been chosen Hero of the Quarter.

As Hero of the Quarter at KHC, Caprice receives $250, a parking spot, and will be included in the running for Hero of the Year in May 2025.
