A funeral service for George Werts Jr. of Knoxville will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at First United Methodist Church in Knoxville. George will be interred next to his wife, Doris following services at Lincoln Cemetery in rural Knoxville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First United Methodist Church in Knoxville.
