The Pella Public Library will offer the Geri-Fit program, a 45-minute, strength training exercise class for older adults designed to increase balance and improve flexibility and gait. Classes will begin on October 17th which will be held on Mondays and Thursdays at 12:30pm. Registration is required and may be done by calling the Pella Public Library at 628-4268, or by inquiring at the front desk.
