The Norwalk Easter Public Library and NEPL Foundation are pairing up for the 1st Annual Scribbles’ Walk and Pet Fest Saturday, September 28th from 9:00am-1:00pm. Participants are encouraged to register to walk on a short, 1-mile path near the library, ending in City Park for the Pet Fest featuring local vendors as well as a dog trick demo, food trucks, a Story Walk, and a pet costume contest.
