In partnership with the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce, four real estate offices have announced a Downtown Open House event on Thursday, September 26th.

This event will be from 4:00 pm-6:30 pm and will highlight six properties currently for sale in the Knoxville downtown area. In recent years, the City of Knoxville has made progress in revitalizing the downtown area through local façade grants, critical infrastructure updates, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) projects.. The open houses will provide an opportunity for potential buyers to tour the available properties and see firsthand the possibilities that these buildings provide for further economic growth in downtown.
