The Iowa DOT has ended the full closure of Highway 14 from Newton to Monroe. Road work remains in progress, according to the update, with some one-lane closures still expected with a pilot car in operation. The one-lane restriction will take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on weekdays. The full highway is expected to re-open by October 18th.
