Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will hold a dedication for the new Blue Star Memorial Marker on the hospital grounds Saturday.

This event which will start at 10:00 am is being planned by the Knoxville Federated Garden Club. Along with the dedication there will be a short program followed by refreshments. Members of the American Legion and VFW will also be present. The Blue Star Memorial Marker is located by the new water feature located on the south side of the Don & Margaret Long Infusion Center at KHC, near the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden. The Garden Club has worked to fundraise for the water feature and the landscaping.
