It was a 4-1 day at the Boone Invitational for the Knoxville Volleyball Squad on Saturday. The Panthers beat Fort Dodge in two sets 21-13 and 21-14, defeated Ames in three sets 18-21, 21-15 and 15-9. Beat Clarion/Goldfield/Dowes in two sets 21-11 and 23-21 and beat the hosts in two sets 21-12 and 21-10. The Panthers lost to Forest City in the final match of the day in three sets. Addy Dunkin had 107 assists on the day, while Hannah Dunkin led a balanced attack at the net with 37 kills, Jordyn Counts on 31 and Rylyn McCarty had 30. Knoxville is now 15-10 on the season and will travel to Cardinal on Tuesday.
