The PCM football team will look to stay unbeaten tonight in their third game of district play when they host the Vinton-Shellsburg Vikings.

The #1 ranked Mustangs are coming off a 53-7 rout of Union last Friday and are now 5-0 on the season. The Vikings are winless and lost to Iowa Falls-Alden 30-0 last week. The Mustangs have been led in offense this year by senior quarterback Gavin Van Gorp who has 663 passing yards and 157 rushing yards along with senior running back Adrien Robbins who has 827 rushing yards. The duo has accounted for a staggering 30 touchdowns through five games this season. Trenner Van Dyke has been a force on the defensive side of the football accounting for 29 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, and nine sacks. 

PCM defeated the Vikings 49-15 last year. Kickoff tonight in Monroe is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
