The Knoxville City Council will discuss a resolution approving an amendment to the 28E agreement between the City and School District regarding the School Resource Officer program at their meeting tonight.

This is an agreement that would essentially continue the SRO program for another five years. Also on the agenda is mayoral reading of a National Fire Prevention Week and National Planners Month proclamations, a resolution for a temporary construction easement for Kwik Star, and a street improvement project change order. 

Tonight’s Knoxville City Council meeting will start at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
