The Indianola boys cross country team finished in second place at their state qualifier at Southeast Polk on Wednesday earning a team qualification to state, while the girls squad qualified two individuals.

The Indians boys were led by Reed Robbins with a 4th place finish, Jake Robidoux placed 10th, and Kiefer Barnes placed 14th, while Paxton Bloom was right behind in 18th.
The Indians girls finished in fourth place, just three points out of an automatic team qualification, but will send Jordyn Brown and Taylor Hoger to state. Brown placed 8th, while Hoger was 19th.

The state meet will be in Fort Dodge next Wednesday, October 23rd.
