The Pella Christian girls continue to play well, and got back to their winning ways. After a loss early last week, they bounced back with a 51 point win over Newton on Friday.

The season is far from over, and Coach Kevin Van Maanen and the Lady Eagles know that. He is stressing to his team that every game is important, no matter the opponent. He says they are working to keep executing their offensive and defensive and defensive philosophies.

The Lady Eagles will get a chance to show their home fans their improvements this week as they return home for the first time in almost a month.

The Lady Eagles are 5-2 on the year, after a 1-1 record last week. They’re 3-1 in Little Hawkeye Conference play.
