While it will be Hannah Dunkin the go-to player this season for Knoxville Girls basketball, a lot of the success depends on who can step into scoring roles that they were not used to doing last season. Coach Matt Ritchhart tells KNIA/KRLS Sports it all comes down to confidence for players like Iselynn Prevo and Addy Dunkin who he looks to for that scoring support.

Ritchhart: “It’s just giving them confidence and reps. I think Iselynn did a great job the last few games of the season, and Addy Dunkin has played a lot of basketball and is ready to take the next step. It just comes down to giving these girls confidence, having some fun and see how it goes.”

Addy Dunkin averaged 3.8 points per game last season and Prevo was at 1.6. Knoxville will get the season underway on November 26th at PCM.
