While the Indianola boys basketball team had a lot of growth on the court last year, they will continue to do that this year despite much more experience on the court. The Indians will bring back top five scorers from last year in George Blake, Easton McGraw, Derek Wilmott, Andrew DeWall, and Hayden Schulte, but head coach Jeff Ebling said just because the young athletes played last year doesn’t mean they don’t have room to improve, it just means they won’t be surprised on the court very much anymore.
The Indians start their season December 3rd hosting Waukee.
