Community 1st Credit Union is celebrating giving Tuesday by giving $5,000 to a local non-profit organization.

Giving Tuesday is on December 3rd this year and it was created in 2012 as the simple idea that encourages people to do good. The credit union will give the donation to one of 13 non-profits that are listed on their Facebook page here. Anyone can go on and vote for which non-profit should receive the funds and whoever gets the most votes wins. Several local organizations make up the list. Voting ends on December 3rd.
