Two items of new business made up the agenda for Monday’s Knoxville City Council meeting.
The council approved a resolution rescinding a former resolution regarding the approval of the final plat of Hodges Yankee Subdivision. The council then approved a change in the use of a downtown facade grant awarded to A&P Pub to allow for the development of a downtown mini-park. That item passed in a 4-1 split vote with Megan Day voting no.
