It was tough all the way around for the Twin Cedars Basketball Squad against Ankeny Christian as the girls lost 71-19 and the boys fell to the Eagles 76-25. Both teams got down early and never recovered from slow starts. The boys were paced by Holden Roberts with nine points while Jayden Weldon scored 14 to lead the girls. Both squads will regroup to host Murray on Monday.
